VERIION does not present itself as a portfolio of products, but as the technical foundation and AI layer that make them possible. Here is what that claim rests on.

    Two platforms are already live

    Oniix and iSkul are not mockups: both are in production within months of incorporation, and they are what validated the foundation. The remaining risk is execution and scale, not feasibility.

    The marginal cost of a product falls

    Artificial intelligence, identity, payments, delivery and measurement are built once. Every new platform reuses those layers: the fourth takes a fraction of the effort the first required.

    AI widens what a small team covers

    Document processing, generation of teaching material and moderation are handled by a software layer rather than by headcount. That is why a small team can carry four products — and what makes the cost structure defensible as it grows.

    Repeatable expansion

    Opening a market means connecting a payment provider, adapting a catalogue and signing a local distribution partner. The sequence is the same from one country to the next.

    Incorporation and technical foundation

    Incorporating the company in June 2026 and building the shared layers: artificial intelligence, identity, payments, delivery, measurement.

    Two products live, two approaching

    Oniix and iSkul are in service. Wiix is in testing and Eduoo in beta across pilot schools, while distribution agreements with carriers and institutions are being formalised.

  3. 2027Planned

    First market outside Benin

    Opening an additional West African market on the existing foundation: new payment provider, adapted catalogue, local distribution partner.

  4. 2027 and beyondVision

    New artificial intelligence products

    Several AI projects are in development and have not been made public yet. They will run on the same layer as the current platforms, and are presented in conversations with investors.
