Careers
Few people, a lot of responsibility.
We hire rarely, and slowly. What follows is an honest description of how work happens here — so that people it does not suit can find out before applying.
You own a problem, not a task
We hand over a problem and its outcome, not a list of steps. That means deciding on your own, and accepting responsibility for the decision.
Production settles arguments
An opinion holds until something ships. We would rather release a narrow version early and watch it than defend a complete one for a long time.
The constraint is the job
Unstable networks, modest devices, tight budgets. Designing under constraint is the work here, not a temporary obstacle.
The foundation over the shortcut
A clean solution in the shared infrastructure beats a quick workaround inside a product. We accept the time that costs.
Open roles
There are no open roles at the moment. Speculative applications are still read, and we reply to those that match an identified need.
Speculative application
Write to us describing what you have built and shipped, with links where possible. Something you delivered tells us more than a CV.
